Kohl's challenged us to get the attention of college students as they made their dorm purchases at the beginning of the year. Back to school purchasing is a $48.4 billion dollar market and we discovered that the majority of this revenue is generated from the basics: plastic bins, cat litter, power strips, etc... Our challenge was finding a way to make these mundane objects interesting to a college audience.
